IMPRINTING ORDERS ARE EASY TO PLACE!
Step 1: Select a laser product from the models listed above and determine the quantity you require. 1 color imprinting is free for orders of 50 units or more.
Step 2: Call 1-800-975-1575 or send e-mail to request a quotation and speak with an imprinting specialist regarding any questions you might have. A quotation will be issued the same day via email or fax.
Step 3: Review your quotation and call an imprinting specialist at 1-800-975-1575 to complete the order. Please have your quotation # ready to facilitate the order process.
Step 4: Submit your artwork and/or text via email for quick proofing. (Please see artwork and text submission requirements below.) Your order will go into production upon artwork confirmation.
Imprinting orders will be delivered within 3 weeks. Rush orders can be expedited for an extra fee.
 
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS:
We can custom imprint laser pointers with a company name, logo, or a promotional message. Please ensure that all artwork submitted for imprinting complies with the graphic requirements listed below. For artwork assistance, please email or call an imprinting specialist at 1-800-975-1575.
Logos:
All logo imprinting orders must include camera-ready artwork. Camera-ready artwork must be in black and white, and saved as a vector image file. Please observe the following requirements:
  File Type: Black and white, vector image file
  File Formats: Encapsulated Postscript (.eps)
  File Size: 150 dpi (minimum), 600+ pixels wide (minimum)
  Fonts: Please include all fonts used in your artwork to ensure consistency.
 

Colors:
1 color imprinting - 1 color imprinting is free for orders of 25 units or more.
2 color imprinting - 2 color imprinting is available for an extra charge. Artwork files must include a B & W composite and separates with basic colors* or PMS codes**.

*Basic colors - Free basic colors available: Black, White, Blue, Red, Gold and Silver.
**Matching Colors - Please include Pantone Matching System (PMS) for correct color matching. PMS color matches require an extra fee.

TEXT REQUIREMENTS :
Text-only imprinting orders must include a copy of the text to be imprinted. Imprinting text should be submitted via email as an attached text document. Submitted text must have correct spelling and be properly formatted to look exactly as you wish it to appear when imprinted. In some cases, text length will be limited by the laser pointer dimensions. For text assistance, please email or call an imprinting specialist at 1-800-975-1575.
