CALPAC LASERS is not responsible for regulation compliance, customs charges, duties, taxes, or return freight. ALL EXPORTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH US EXPORT ADMINISTRATION REGULATIONS. All returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. All returns must be in new, unused and re-sellable condition, including packaging, accessories and documentation. No items will be accepted which have been subjected to abuse, including dropping, misuse, modification, soldering, or alteration. Prior to returning any item, please call Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). No returns or credits allowed without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RA#). All returns are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are not refundable. CALPAC LASERS is not responsible for customs charges, duties, taxes, or return freight. CALPAC LASERS may, at its sole discretion, either return the product to the customer without issuing a refund, or charge a restocking fee if returned product is not in new, resellable condition.

Laser Diode Modules are warranted against "Dead on Arrival". There are many factors that determine the actual Laser Diode Module life expectancy, such as temperature, humidity, length of continuous use, etc. Because we have no control over these factors, CALPAC LASERS cannot guarantee a minimum Laser Diode Module life expectancy. For best performance, Laser Diode Modules should not be used for more than 8 hours per day. For 24/7 applications, the use of multiple Laser Diode Modules is suggested. To place an order:
Use the navigation bar images at the top of each page to locate the desired product type. Selecting the "Order" button next to the product you wish to order will place the item in your Shopping Cart. To view the contents of your shopping cart at any time, select the "View Cart" button.
In the Shopping Cart, you may adjust the quantity of your order, select a shipping method, and provide special ordering instructions. Select a payment type (be sure to double-click your selection before scrolling down the page). You may also request to use a separate shipping address if your mail and shipping addresses are different (i.e. a PO Box), or if your order will ship to another location. Please read all the instructions carefully before proceeding. You may then select "Continue Shopping" to add more items to your order, or select "Checkout" to enter our secure server and finish the checkout process.
When checking out, please confirm that your order is correct. You may add more special instructions in the "Comments/More Information" text box if needed. Enter the billing address of the credit card you are using--we can not process orders without this address. The billing address is the address your monthly credit card statements are mailed to. Enter the shipping address if different from your billing address. Enter your payment information. You can use the "back" button on your browser or the "Return to Cart" button if the selected payment type is incorrect. This will return you to the non-secure shopping cart--no personal information will be transmitted from this page. Please review and confirm your information carefully before proceeding. You may then select "Submit This Order" to submit your order through our secure server and to receive your online receipt. Print this receipt for your records. You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail.
