Ordering Instructions
To place an order:
Use the navigation bar headings on the left margin of each page or images at the top of each product page to locate the desired product type. Selecting the "Add to Cart" button below the product you wish to order to will place the item in your Shopping Cart. To view the contents of your shopping cart at any time, select the "My Cart" button in the upper right of each page.
When checking out, please confirm that your order is correct. You may add more special instructions, like a purchase order or UPS account number, in the "Special Instructions or Comments About Your Order" text box if needed. Enter the billing address of the credit card you are using--we can not process orders without this address. The billing address is the address your monthly credit card statements are mailed to. Enter the shipping address if different from your billing address. Enter your payment information. You can use the "back" button on your browser or the "My Cart" button if the selected payment type is incorrect. This will return you to the shopping cart. Please review and confirm your information carefully before proceeding. You may then select "Confirm The Order" to submit your order through our secure server and to receive your online receipt. Print this receipt for your records. You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail.

We also accept ATM/Debit Cards with a Visa/MasterCard logo. Calpac lasers uses Authorize.net to process credit card payments, one of the largest and most respected payment gateway providers in the industry.
International Orders
International customers are welcomed. Please include your complete shipping address, telephone number, and the billing address for your credit card. For International and Canadian orders, please select the following shipping method when checking out: International Express Mail Service (EMS)and UPS International

International customers should verify compliance with local regulations prior to placing an order. CALPAC LASERS is not responsible for regulation compliance, customs charges, duties, taxes, or return freight. ALL EXPORTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH US EXPORT ADMINISTRATION REGULATIONS. DIVERSION CONTRARY TO US LAW PROHIBITED.
Wire Transfers
Contact us Wire transfer of funds is the preferred form of payment for international orders from new customers. If you would like to send payment via Wire Transfer contact us for instructions. There is a $25 fee for payments received by wire transfer.
Shipping
CalPac Lasers ships using UPS services within the continental United States. Shipping, Handling and Insurance charges are prepaid and added to the invoice. If you have a UPS account we will be happy to bill your shipping to this account with the option of adding a 2% handling fee. Please contact us and indicate your preference (Next-Day, 2-Day etc.) and account number in the "Special Instructions" portion of the order form.
Returns
All returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. All returns must be in new, unused and re-sellable condition, including packaging, accessories and documentation. No items will be accepted which have been subjected to abuse, including dropping, misuse, modification, soldering, or alteration. Prior to returning any item, please call Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). No returns or credits allowed without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RA#). All returns are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are not refundable. CALPAC LASERS is not responsible for customs charges, duties, taxes, or return freight. CALPAC LASERS may, at its sole discretion, either return the product to the customer without issuing a refund, or charge a restocking fee if returned product is not in new, resellable condition.

Warranty
All items carry a 90 day limited warranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted. No items will be accepted which have been subjected to abuse, including dropping, misuse, modification, soldering, or alteration. Prior to returning any item, please call Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). No returns or credits allowed without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RA#). All returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Laser Diode Modules are warranted against "Dead on Arrival". There are many factors that determine the actual Laser Diode Module life expectancy, such as temperature, humidity, length of continuous use, etc. Because we have no control over these factors, CALPAC LASERS cannot guarantee a minimum Laser Diode Module life expectancy. For best performance, Laser Diode Modules should not be used for more than 8 hours per day. For 24/7 applications, the use of multiple Laser Diode Modules is suggested.
